Age: Human equivalent is 16. Canon is unclear as to whether he is ACTUALLY 16 or if demons age differently.
Height: 176cm / 5'8"
Weight: Average for his height? He's buff though, so maybe a little heavier given muscle-mass.
Eyes: His left eye is yellow/gold, and his right eye is red
Hair: Silver
Appearance: As a human, Nora is fairly average-looking. He's pretty well-toned, and he's usually able to beat the shit out of things that would scare a normal 16-year-old. His hair is long, about to his mid-back, and layered really strangely due to normally being kept in three ponytails of different lengths at the back of his head. If he gets the chance, he'll put it back into those ponytails, because the ponytails translate into body parts when he transforms. Thus, his hair won't feel right unless it's in the ponytails. He also has funky bangs, some of which translate into his ears when he transforms. Nora has a five-pointed red upside-down star tattoo on his left bicep. Inside the star is a barcode and serial number. Canon hasn't actually revealed what this number IS or if it's even important. Also, Nora has some VERY prominent fangs. Also he's wearing a collar, and it doesn't come off. Despite the buckle.
As a full-fledged demon:
Age: Same
Height: Approximately three to four stories tall.
Weight: Uh. Really damn heavy
Eyes: Colorless. In fact, he lacks pupils.
Hair: Silver with black and red markings and black legs.
Appearance: As a demon... Nora is a GIANT DOG. He has ram horns, giant leathery wings, horns that... appear to come out of his ribs, and two armored semi-sentient snakes for tails. He is the Cerberus, so the snakes are his other two 'heads'. He also has black/red swirly markings on the upper part of his legs, and a five pointed upside-down star over a circle with a dot in the middle on his forehead. His full demon form is the only time he can use magic instinctively, without relying on spells.
There's also a partial-form, which probably will never come up in SLT, but. Basically it differs from the human form in that he has black dog ears instead of human ears (and some of his bangs are missing, since they were actually part of his ears), claws, the star mark on his forehead, and he has the two tail-snakes.
Sometimes he is seen with a red swirly mark on his forearms. If I can figure out what the circumstances are for that occurring, I'll edit.
Also, very important. Nora will have a collar on. It looks like a dog collar. Mostly because it IS a dog collar. IT DOES NOT COME OFF. Nora is actually... too powerful for his powers. In canon this isn't an issue because he has had training to protect him, but even that isn't always enough. So he has this dog collar on at all times. And, unless the mods/judges say otherwise, it will be on for the entirety of his time in Sabra. I MAY ESSAY ABOUT THIS LATER, but.
ETA: SO I TOTALLY JUST NOTICED THIS. I blame the fact that artists draw hair as being affected by mood whether it actually is or not.
